Electromagnet Science Fair Projects

Electromagnet magnets are a type of magnet whose magnetic field is produced by a flow of an electric current. They are generally used as components of other electrical devices, such as various types of MRI machines, motors, speakers, and complex scientific instruments. They range in magnetic strength, in which case they can magnetize small objects, all the way up to extremely heavy iron objects. Which is why using an electromagnet for your science fair project is a cool way to experiment with magnetic fields and electric currents.
