Make A Snake Kit Make A Snake Kit
$14.95

Mechanical wooden craft kit -- This simple kit makes a mechanical snake. The snake is very easy to assemble - only requires the use of a screwdriver. After you have assembled the snake, simply turn the handle and watch the snake move! -- The handle turns the "cam shaft" and the eccentric shaped cams push the rods up. This shows how a circular turning motion can be converted into an "up and down" movement. The cams can be repositioned on the shaft to change the movement of the snake. -- This kit makes a wonderful conversation piece when completed, no one can resist turning the handle to see what happens to the snake! A great project to do with children as it is both fun and educational! -- Includes everything you need to complete project (except the screwdriver)!
